If you are an existing 2talk customer support issues should be logged via Resolve our trouble ticketing system. To create a ticket please log into your account via 2talk live and select the 'Support Tickets' tab from the left hand menu.
You will be automatically logged into Resolve and any open tickets will display on the screen.
To create a ticket click the New Ticket button along the top of the screen and complete the fields as follows:
Subject: Enter an appropriate title for your support query
Text: Enter a full description of your issue. If the problem is related to your ability to make calls you must include
1. Details of the device you are using to connect to 2talk
2. Example calls including A party; B party; Time and Date of the call; Network message if applicable
3. The IP address you are connecting to 2talk from. If you are unsure of what this is please visit http://www.whatsmyip.org
4. The 2talk number you are having issues with
Failure to include this information will increase the resolution time for your issue.
Attachments: Attached any relevant documentation - e.g. call records
Please note priority will be given to issues submitted via Resolve.
